If you’d like to practice in the comfort of your own home with online guidance and support, you might enjoy my new online offering, Calm & Courage: a toolkit of nurturing, life-affirming and adaptable practices to reconnect you with your innate courage and calm.

Including moving meditations, still meditations and guided deep relaxation, these resources are designed to reconnect you with your innate courage and calm.

Choose what you need at any time from 5 chapters that reconnect you with your:

  • calm groundedness
  • centred strength
  • fluidity and ability to adapt to change
  • sense of spacious calm
  • open-heartedness

All practices can be downloaded and kept. 

All moving meditations are slow-paced and within an easy, everyday range of movement. Most are 40 minutes long, and there’s also a 20 minute moving meditation ideal for mornings or busy times.

The guided still meditations are around 10 minutes long and designed for both beginning and experienced meditators.

We use breath awareness, and inspiration from nature to replenish and to restore calm and courage. You don’t need visualisation skills or access to any special yoga equipment. If you can breathe, you can  benefit from these nourishing practices.

I am available within the Calm & Courage platform to answer questions and help you with any challenges you might encounter, and you’re welcome to reach out at any time. You’ll remain enrolled for the  life of the resource and will be included in any ongoing updates.

I’m Alison. I’ve been teaching Yoga for around 18 years, and practising for many more. Practising Yoga has given me more peace, ease & resilience, and so I love sharing the practice.
